How to Order

We accept your personal, and business checks, and money orders.  We also accept VISA and MASTERCARD through PayPal. 

To place your order, either

Layaway
Layaway is available for up to six months with a 30% deposit.  Payment is required at least every four weeks.  Sorry, no deposit back on cancelled or returned layaway items.

Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped within three days using U.S.P.S. Priority, or UPS depending on size and weight. 
Purchases made by check will be held 7-10 days until check clears.

International orders, please call or write for shipping and insurance charges.  We carefully inspect all items for defects or damage prior to shipping. We can't accept responsibility for loss or damage that occurs during shipping or delivery. We recommend the purchase of insurance to cover such loss or damage. Insurance charges are based on total value.

Returns
We will happily give full refund or store credit (minus shipping and handling charges) once the following have been met:

1) Notify us via e-mail or phone with 3 days of receipt of item of intent to return.
2) In order to help us serve you better, please provide a reason for return.
3) We will provide you with a return authorization number.
4) Item must be returned in original condition within 10 days of receipt.
We're sorry, but no unauthorized returns will be accepted.

Guarantee
All items are inspected for defects or damage prior to shipping.  All dolls are in mint condition unless otherwise stated.

Privacy Policy
We value your privacy as much as you do.  We do not sell, trade, or share (except as needed to complete your order) customer information with any third party.
